Keeping seat of an after school care service in advance.

I’m thinking about using after school care service for my son, who is yet 4 years old and actually doesn’t need the service now. After school care service is usually needed after kids entering elementary school, which finish the daily
schedule in early time, ex. 2 pm.

However I heard it from Mama-tomo that my son have to starts using the service just now and reserve the seat if want to use it after elementary school. Because the after school care which I would like to use take care kids in English and is very popular in our neighborhood.

It off-course needs much cost but I am thinking about it worth or not now.

My private English teacher worry about the security of cheap SIM card
service in Japan. He didn’t understand why the service is so cheap.

I explained the reason below during previous English lesson.

I think you don’t need to worry about the security because the company
which provide the cheap SIM doesn’t have an ability to catch your data
actually.
I mean the company doesn’t have an equipment to treat data traffic and only
have a right to use Docomo’s cell-phone network virtually.

The reason why the cheapness is the capacity of data transfer in their
whole service, it mean these reseller company only has narrow bandwidth of
data traffic and sell the narrow bandwidth to too many people compared to
au’s situation.
Fore the reason, I suppose you will experience speed-down of data transfer
during peak time, like lunch time and early evening time.
